PKCF is administered and managed by a Board of Trustees and Organising Committee all of whom provide their services on a voluntary basis.

The Trustees are collectively responsible for budgeting, selecting recipient causes and for determining the Foundation’s general policies. The Organising Committee is responsible for all matters relating to the Foundation’s Annual Fundraiser.
